The Opportunity

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Valvoline Retail Services treasury operations with duties including oversight of daily bank reconciliation transactions, overseeing and posting high-volume bank transactions, and researching bank statement transaction issues. - Daily Bank Reconciliation – Support daily bank reconciliation process in North America. This includes creating and maintaining bank export profiles for electronic bank statement loads using various financial institution portals and SAP S4 system to ensure all bank statements are uploaded timely and accurately daily. The Opportunity
Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will perform general maintenance and repairs in company-owned oil change facilities in areas of general building systems, tire rotation lifts, pneumatic pumps, air compressors, portable equipment (transmission flush, coolant, and A/C machines), carpentry, plumbing, and painting. Responsibilities will include work order retrieval, documentation, and completion via the company's Computerized Maintenance Management System. The Opportunity

The Opportunity

- Collections - Contact U.S. and Canadian customers with past due accounts, initiate appropriate collection action, and maintain records according to established procedures that will result in maximum sales, sound receivables, and prompt conversion of receivables into cash with minimum past dues. Daily review of SAP collection workflow and aging reports to facilitate collection of all past due customer receivables within the assigned portfolio of commercial customer accounts.
- Create and provide monthly account receivable reports to sales representatives for assigned accounts. Ensure quality, accuracy, and security of customer credit data. Participate in credit team projects and monthly meetings with sales.
- Review customer accounts receivable and determining if an account needs to be placed on hold. When applicable, submit accounts to the Sr. Collection Specialist for review.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will perform general maintenance and repairs in company-owned oil change facilities in areas of general building systems, tire rotation lifts, pneumatic pumps, air compressors, portable equipment (transmission flush, coolant, and A/C machines), carpentry, plumbing, and painting. The Opportunity

These “Latest Estimates” (LEs) are completed monthly, combining actual year-to-date results with forecasts for the remaining months of the year.
