The Opportunity

Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Manager of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new partnership opportunities and maintaining existing partnerships for Valvoline.

 

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities. Manage resources and to support the successful implementation of partnerships. Track and manage budgetary considerations throughout the partnership.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximize collaboration and growth.
  • Establish metrics and evaluate partnerships. Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, business partners, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to proactively identify emerging opportunities and best practices.
  • Based on the results and learnings from partnerships, provide recommendations for scaling or expanding successful initiatives to drive overall business growth and success.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred)
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in a related field
  • Experience in driving innovation and implementing new initiatives
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
